365 Days of Mindfulness

Recently this little book 365 Days of Mindfulness by Yvette Jane has entered my life to give me something small to do or think about each day, and today I decided to illustrate each one, which finally gives a purpose to a diary I had for Christmas.

30th January
If you usually avoid walking in the rain, don’t!  A walk in the rain can bring another dimension to your surroundings and there can be a heightened sense of smell, sound and feeling.

3rd February
Find a few minutes in your morning routine to sit quietly and greet the day ahead, Instead of rushing straight into your day’s activities.
